At Nella’s Sweets-N-Treats, every order is made with love and the highest attention to detail. Because our baked goods are perishable and custom-made, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns.
However, we want you to be delighted with your experience. If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, a product that is damaged upon arrival, or a mistake on our end, please reach out to us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. We’ll be happy to make it right through a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
To report a concern, please email us at orders@nellas-sweetsntreats.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
Custom Orders & Cakes: Due to the time and resources involved, cancellations for custom orders must be made at least 72 hours in advance to be eligible for a partial refund or credit. Orders canceled within 72 hours are not eligible for a refund.

Nella’s Sweets-N-Treats offers local delivery within select areas of Los Angeles, California. Delivery fees are based on distance and will be calculated at the time of your order.

Local delivery is available for both standard and custom orders.

Deliveries are scheduled within specific time windows, which we will confirm with you after your order is placed.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order during the agreed time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to leave items unattended.

If a delivery is missed or the recipient is unavailable, an additional delivery fee may apply for rescheduling.
Pickup Option:
Prefer to pick up your treats? We also offer free pickup from our home kitchen in Los Angeles (address provided upon order confirmation).
